These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Appfide Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, operating the FlyTicket platform accessible via the web application at flyticket.app, the iOS application available on the Apple App Store, and the Android application available on the Google Play Store (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, including subscribing to any paid plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Our AI-powered features (including FlyBot chat assistant) are currently in beta and are provided on an "as-is" basis.

1. Definitions

KEY TERMS

  • "Platform" means the FlyTicket web application (flyticket.app), the iOS mobile application, and the Android mobile application, including all features, content, and services provided therein.
  • "Subscription" means any paid plan purchased by the User through the Platform, including plans purchased via the Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), Razorpay (web), or any other authorized payment channel.
  • "Premium Features" means the enhanced features available to Subscription holders, including but not limited to AI-powered FlyBot chat assistant, advanced price tracking, unlimited searches, and priority support.
  • "Content" means all text, data, graphics, images, software, audio, video, and other materials displayed on or available through the Platform.
  • "Third-Party Services" means airlines, travel agencies, booking providers, payment processors, and any other external services accessible through or referenced by the Platform.

2. Service Description

PLATFORM CAPABILITIES

⚠ IMPORTANT: What FlyTicket Does

FlyTicket is a search engine and price comparison service, not a booking agent or travel agency. We aggregate flight data from airlines and travel agencies to help you find the best prices. When you click "Book," you are redirected to the airline or booking provider's website to complete your purchase. Appfide Private Limited does not process flight payments, issue tickets, or handle flight bookings directly.

FlyTicket provides the following services across all platforms (web, iOS, and Android):

  • Flight Search: Real-time search across 900+ airlines and booking providers worldwide
  • Price Intelligence: AI-powered price comparison, tracking, and alerts to help you find the lowest fares
  • Natural Language Search: Conversational flight search where you describe your travel needs in plain language via FlyBot
  • Smart Recommendations: Personalized flight suggestions based on your preferences and search history
  • Cross-Platform Access: Seamless experience across web, iOS, and Android applications with synchronized subscription status
  • Redirect to Booking: When you find your ideal flight, we redirect you to the airline or travel agency website to complete your booking

Note: All flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and customer service are handled by the airline or booking provider where you complete your purchase, not by Appfide Private Limited or FlyTicket.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

USER REQUIREMENTS

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected]

Users under 18 may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor and accept full responsibility for their use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, incomplete, or outdated information, or that violate any provision of these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

When using FlyTicket, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or conducting searches
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials across all platforms (web, iOS, Android) and notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and airline policies
  • Review booking details carefully before confirming purchases on third-party sites
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without our express written permission
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its related systems and networks

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

FlyTicket offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium Subscriptions unlock enhanced features including AI-powered FlyBot, advanced price tracking, unlimited searches, and priority support.

SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Your subscription is linked to your FlyTicket account and provides access to Premium Features across all platforms (web, iOS, and Android). A single active subscription grants cross-platform access regardless of the platform through which it was purchased.

5.1 Subscription Plans

  • Free Tier: Basic flight search and comparison features with limited daily searches
  • Premium Monthly: Recurring monthly subscription with full access to all Premium Features
  • Premium Annual: Recurring annual subscription at a discounted rate with full access to all Premium Features

Plan availability, pricing, and included features may vary by region and platform. Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase on the respective platform.

5.2 Payment Methods by Platform

iOS (APPLE APP STORE)

  • Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed and billed by Apple via your Apple ID account
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate
  • You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
  • All iOS subscription billing is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

ANDROID (GOOGLE PLAY STORE)

  • Subscriptions purchased through the Android app are processed and billed by Google via your Google Play account
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play Account > Subscriptions after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
  • All Android subscription billing is subject to Google Play's Terms of Service

WEB (flyticket.app)

  • Subscriptions purchased through the web application are processed via Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways
  • Payment is charged to your selected payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets) at confirmation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
  • You may manage your subscription through your account settings on the web application

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the price change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price change via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Premium Features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5.4 Taxes

All prices displayed may be exclusive of applicable taxes (including but not limited to GST, VAT, sales tax, and other government levies). You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription, except for taxes based on Appfide Private Limited's net income.

6. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

TRIAL PERIOD TERMS

  • We may offer free trial periods for Premium Features at our sole discretion
  • Free trials are limited to one per user and one per Apple ID, Google Play account, or payment method
  • At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the trial expiration
  • On iOS, free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and managed through your Apple ID
  • On Android, free trial eligibility is determined by Google and managed through your Google Play account
  • We reserve the right to revoke free trial access if we determine that you are not eligible or have fraudulently obtained a trial
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and introductory pricing may be subject to additional terms and conditions

7. Subscription Cancellation

HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform where you originally subscribed:

iOS CANCELLATION

Open iPhone/iPad Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select FlyTicket → Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → FlyTicket → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium Features until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

ANDROID CANCELLATION

Open Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → select FlyTicket → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium Features until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

WEB CANCELLATION

Sign in to flyticket.app → navigate to your Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

⚠️ ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION WARNING

Account Deletion Warning: If you delete your FlyTicket account, all associated subscriptions will be immediately and permanently terminated. Appfide Private Limited, its developers, and support team cannot recover deleted accounts or issue refunds for subscriptions linked to deleted accounts. You will forfeit any remaining subscription time.

We strongly recommend cancelling your subscription through the appropriate platform (App Store, Google Play, or web) before deleting your account to ensure proper cancellation and avoid loss of paid subscription time.

8. AI Features & Beta Services Beta

AI-POWERED FUNCTIONALITY

🔒 BROWSER-ONLY STORAGE

When using FlyTicket's AI chat features (currently in beta), your conversation data is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage (web) or device local storage (mobile apps). We do not retain chat history on our servers after delivering responses.

  • AI features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or reliability
  • AI-generated flight recommendations, price predictions, and travel advice are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without prior notice
  • AI conversations are processed in real-time but not permanently stored on FlyTicket servers
  • Clearing browser data/app cache will permanently delete chat history; we cannot recover deleted conversations
  • Conversations are device-specific and cannot be synced or transferred across devices

9. Booking & Flight Payments

TRANSACTION PROTOCOLS

Price Display: Prices shown on the Platform are sourced from third-party providers and are displayed in the user's selected currency. Additional fees (taxes, baggage, seat selection) are determined by the airline or booking provider and will be displayed on their platform before final checkout.

Price Accuracy: While we strive to display accurate pricing, flight prices are dynamic and may change between the time of search and the time of booking. The final price is confirmed by the airline or booking provider at the point of purchase. Appfide Private Limited is not responsible for price discrepancies.

Third-Party Bookings: When you click "Book" or are redirected to a booking partner, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the airline or booking provider. Appfide Private Limited is not a party to this transaction and bears no responsibility for its execution.

No Payment Storage: FlyTicket does not store your credit card, debit card, or banking information for flight bookings. All payment data for flight purchases is handled exclusively by the airline or booking provider.

10. Flight Cancellations & Changes

MODIFICATION POLICY

All flight cancellation and change policies are determined by the airline or booking provider, not by Appfide Private Limited or FlyTicket. Please review fare rules before confirming any booking:

  • Refundable Tickets: May be cancelled for a full or partial refund per airline policy
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Generally cannot be cancelled for cash refunds; changes may incur fees
  • Date/Route Changes: Subject to availability and airline fees

To cancel or modify a flight booking, please contact the airline or booking provider directly. FlyTicket can provide your booking reference information to assist with these requests.

11. Intellectual Property

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the design, source code, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, user interface, data compilations, AI algorithms and models, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Appfide Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The FlyTicket name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Appfide Private Limited. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Appfide Private Limited.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without any obligation to provide compensation or attribution to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

LEGAL BOUNDARIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPFIDE PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

Appfide Private Limited is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, or schedule changes made by airlines
  • Accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of flight data provided by third-party data providers
  • Quality of service provided by airlines, travel agencies, or booking partners
  • Lost, damaged, delayed, or misrouted baggage
  • Travel documents, visas, passport requirements, or immigration matters
  • Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors
  • Loss of data resulting from device failure, browser cache clearance, or app uninstallation

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF APPFIDE PRIVATE LIMITED EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR INR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

AS-IS PROVISION

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. APPFIDE PRIVATE LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any flight information, pricing data, availability status, or AI-generated content provided through the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

USER LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appfide Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or government order
  • Any misrepresentation by you in connection with your use of the Platform

15. Termination

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Upon your request for account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected].

For users who purchased subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, please note that Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Platform. In the event of any failure of the Platform to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google (as applicable), and they may refund the purchase price (if applicable) in accordance with their respective policies.

17. Modifications to Terms

UPDATES & CHANGES

Appfide Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending notification via email or in-app alert.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and cancel any active subscriptions.

18. General Provisions

MISCELLANEOUS

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Appfide Private Limited regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Waiver: No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder. Appfide Private Limited may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: Appfide Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, terrorism, government actions, or technical failures of third-party services.
